What is it?
The Renewal of Subscription feature allows individual users to renew and manage their Tealfeed subscription directly through the platform. Previously, users were given renewal links by Tealfeed to renew their subscriptions. Now, this process is streamlined, allowing clients to handle everything on the Tealfeed platform.
Why is it important?
This feature simplifies the subscription management process, enabling users to renew quickly and efficiently without needing an external link. It also offers more control and transparency over billing and subscription details, improving the overall user experience.
How to use it:
Access Billing Section:
Log in to Tealfeed, go to the top right corner of the dashboard, click the dropdown arrow, and navigate to Billings.
Choose a Plan:
Once your free trial or Pro plan expires, select either the monthly or annual Pro plan and click Subscribe.
Complete the Payment:
On the Payment & Billing page, verify your order, enter billing details, and complete the payment.
Receive Confirmation Emails:
You will receive two emails: an invoice and an invitation to join the subscription management portal.
Accept the Invitation:
Open the invitation email, click the link to accept the invitation, and create a password to access the portal.
Manage Your Subscription: In the Subscriptions section, you can view details like billing frequency, next billing date, and subscription cost breakdown. You can also view invoices or cancel your subscription as needed.
