What is it?
The Recurring Events feature in Tealfeed allows service providers to automate the scheduling of events that occur regularly. If a session is supposed to happen daily, weekly, monthly, or after a specific interval, this feature lets you set a recurrence schedule.
With this feature, you can:
- Define a frequency for the recurrence, such as daily, weekly, or monthly, or set custom dates.
- Specify how often the event repeats (e.g., every 2 days, every 3 weeks, etc.).
- Set an end condition for the recurrence, choosing from:
- Never: The event continues indefinitely.
- On: Select a specific date when the recurrence ends.
- After: Define the number of occurrences after which the recurrence stops.
- Preview all the slots that will be created based on the schedule.
Recurring events are displayed on the Tealfeed calendar, ensuring both the service provider and the client have a clear view of the schedule.
Why is it important?
- Saves Time: Automates repetitive scheduling tasks, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Enhances Client Experience: Clients can plan their schedules better with recurring bookings.
- Flexibility: Easily manage event cancellations, refunds, or adjustments without disrupting the overall schedule.
- Improved Organization: All recurring events are visible on the calendar for seamless tracking.
