What is it?
This feature allows service providers to create a one-off session directly from the calendar interface. By simply selecting a time slot on the calendar, providers can quickly set up a one-off session. Additionally, you can drag and select the desired time duration on the calendar to set the session length just like we do in Google Calendar and then proceed with creating the session.
Key Highlights:
- Team Members with member access can create one-off sessions for themselves.
- Admins can select any team member and create a one-off session for them.
Why is it important?
- Efficiency: Simplifies the process of creating one-off sessions by enabling scheduling directly from the calendar.
- Convenience: Provides a centralized view of availability, making it easier to align sessions with open time slots.
How to use it?
- Log in to Your Dashboard:
- Access your Tealfeed dashboard as a service provider.
- Navigate to the Calendar:
- On the left-hand panel, click on Calendar.
- Select a Time Slot:
- Locate the calendar and click on the desired time slot for the respective team member or yourself.
- Create One-Off Session:
- A dialogue box will appear to create a one-off session.
- Fill in the required details, such as:
- Client Information (existing or new client).
- Meeting Name.
- Duration, Date, and Time.
- Confirmation Status (Auto-confirm or manual confirmation by the client).
- Payment Details (Free, Paid, or Paid-No Booking).
- Location (default, custom, Tealfeed conferencing tool, etc.).
- Policies and Categories.
- Finalize the Session: Add all relevant information and click Create to finalize the one-off session.
