What is it?

The Coupon Code Creation Feature allows Admins to create and manage custom discount codes directly from their Tealfeed dashboard. These coupon codes can be used to offer discounts to clients, encouraging engagement and boosting sales.

Key functionalities include:

• Creating unique coupon codes (e.g., SUMMER25).
• Configuring percentage-based or flat amount discounts.
• Setting minimum purchase requirements.
• Defining usage limitations.
• Specifying coupon validity periods.
• Applying the coupon to specific services or all services.

Why is it important?

1. Enhanced Client Engagement: Discount codes help attract and retain clients by offering them value incentives.
2. Revenue Growth: Promotions like seasonal discounts or first-time user coupons drive more bookings and sales.

How to use it?

1. Login to the Tealfeed Dashboard:
   • As a service provider, log in to your account.
2. Navigate to Coupons Section:
   • On the left-hand panel, click on Payments and then select Coupons.
3. Create a New Coupon:
   • On the Coupons page, click the Add New button in the top-right corner.
4. Configure Coupon Details:
   • Activate/Deactivate: Use the toggle to activate or deactivate the coupon.
   • Enter Coupon Name: Add a name, e.g., Summer Sale 2025.
   • Enter Coupon Code: Create a unique code (e.g., SUMMER25).
   • Select Discount Type: Choose between percentage or flat amount.
     • If percentage-based, enter the percentage (e.g., 25%).
     • If flat amount, enter the discount value (e.g., ₹50).
5. Set Minimum Purchase Requirements:
   • Choose between:
     • No Minimum Purchase Required, or
     • Minimum Purchase Amount and enter the required value.
6. Define Usage Limitations:
   • Enable the checkbox to set a usage limit for the coupon and add the maximum number of uses.
