What is it?

The Calendar View feature provides a comprehensive calendar on the Tealfeed dashboard, allowing you to see all scheduled meetings—whether booked on Google Calendar or Tealfeed. You can view session details, such as date, time, participant count, and meeting link. You can also cancel or reschedule meetings booked on Tealfeed directly from the calendar. Meetings are color-coded based on the categories you create. For example, you have created categories for different setups, like Clinic 1 (blue color) and Clinic 2 (pink color). So all the meetings under clinic 1 will appear in blue and meetings under clinic 2 will appear in pink.

In addition, Tealfeed now supports event creation alongside 1-1 sessions and bundles. Previously, only 1-1 sessions created through either Tealfeed or Google Calendar were visible on Tealfeed's calendar. With this update, all events will also appear on Tealfeed's calendar. Moreover, if an event is marked as recurring, all instances of the recurring event will also be displayed, ensuring a seamless and organized scheduling experience.

Why is it important?

This feature enhances organizational efficiency by offering a clear visual representation of all scheduled meetings in one place. It provides quick insights, helping organizations manage workloads, track employee bandwidth, and ensure equal task distribution. It also simplifies rescheduling and cancellations, improving overall session management.

How to use it:

  1. Login to your Tealfeed dashboard.
  2. Navigate to the Calendar View in the left-side panel.
  3. Select the date from the top of the calendar.
  4. Click on any session to view its details, including participant information, meeting link, and more.
  5. For Tealfeed-booked sessions, you can cancel or reschedule directly from the calendar by selecting the relevant option.
