What is it?

The Bulk Upload Events feature enables admins to collectively upload multiple events in one go by using a preformatted file. This feature supports file formats such as .csv, .xls, and .xlsx with a maximum file size of 5 MB. A sample file is provided (that can also be downloaded) to guide users on how to format and maintain event data for bulk uploads.

This feature is specifically designed for events and does not apply to 1-1 Connect or Bundles.

Why is it important?

• Record Keeping: Ensures all past events, even those not initially recorded on the platform, are documented for future reference.
• Centralized Data Management: Allows organizations to maintain a complete and accurate history of their events in one place, reducing the chances of missing crucial details.

How to Use It?

Bulk Upload the Events

1. Log in to the Tealfeed dashboard as a service provider.
2. On the left-side panel, navigate to Events.
3. On the top-right corner of the Events page, click the Add New button.
4. From the dropdown menu, select Bulk Event Upload.

1. Either drag and drop your prepared file into the upload area or click Browse to select the file manually.
2. Submit the file to upload the events.
